Shipping

Oria & Co currently ships online orders within the United States.

Standard shipping is a flat $5.00 USD for eligible U.S. orders. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 business days after the order is processed.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared as quickly as possible from our U.S. fulfillment location. You will receive tracking information when your order ships, if tracking is available for the shipment.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an address issue after checkout, contact us as soon as possible at contact@oria-co.com.

Returns

We accept returns of eligible unused items within 21 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, contact us at contact@oria-co.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged item.
